But what goes on behind the scenes is every bit as important, with analysts putting in place checks to make sure we maximise performance and minimise risk and front-line coordinators and managers ensuring we’re always providing the best possible experience to our customers.
Financial Services
Financial Services is one of the fastest growing areas of the Shop Direct Group. Though the products we deal with are obviously quite different from those on the retail side of the business, the pace in Financial Services is just as fast, the energy levels are just as high and our bustling offices in Liverpool and Bolton are every bit as committed to delivering the best possible customer experience. So whether we’re putting together helpful payment plans or processing insurance claims, offering credit cards or looking into fraudulent activity, we do it all accurately, professionally and to the letter of the law.
