Head Office

Skyways House is our £31m state-of-the-art head office - a breathtaking grade II listed former aircraft hangar that offers a modern, air conditioned, open and friendly environment where talent and creativity thrive. On-site facilities range from a restaurant and coffee shops to massage and dry cleaning services. There’s also modern gym next door which is open to members 7 days a week.

Financial Services

Our Financial Services business is based at our Head Office in Liverpool. We have two further sites which are home to our dedicated Financial Services Contact Centres, Bolton and Aintree.

Warehouses

Our award winning warehouses process 53 million products each year into 25 million parcels which are sent out to our customers. Our National Distribution Centre - a state-of-the-art facility boasting more than 1 million sq ft of storage space - is in Oldham.

Contact Centres

We have four contact centres located across the UK, all operating seven days a week. Some are focused on looking after our catalogue and online customers. Others offer advice and support on the wide range of financial services we provide.
